The Ashton Keynes Music & Arts Festival Needs You!

This wonderful village festival takes place every three years.  It’s a massive celebration of the musical and artistic talent in Ashton Keynes.

The 2017 line up is shaping up to look like this:

Rural Cinema presents 'Moulin Rouge', Village Hall

Wednesday 28^th June

Village Voices, Holy Cross Church

Thursday 29^th June

Literature event: 500 Words story competition (adult entries), White Hart

Friday 30^th June

500 Words story story competition (junior entries), Ashton Keynes School Hall

Friday Night Live, Bradstone Marquee

(Live music & comedy from our very own village talent)

Saturday 1^st July

Ashton Keynes Show Off, Bradstone Marquee

(Villagers with a talent or hobby ‘show it off’ and inspire others)

Open Gardens and Studios PLUS the Scarecrow Tour of Ashton Keynes

The Big Saturday Night Do, Bradstone Marquee

Sunday 2^nd July

Big Brunch with local bands and music, Bradstone Marquee

Family Picnic, Bradstone Marquee

Would you like to be involved?

If you have a talent…gardening, arts, crafts, music or a hobby such as bee keeping, framing or stamp collecting and you’d like to get involved, please don’t be shy!  We’d LOVE to display your work, hear you talk or have you perform at one of the events – you might be 5 or 105, everyone is welcome.

We also need volunteers to help run the festival. The organising team will coordinate and keep time to a minimum and it’s a great opportunity to make new friends.
